Joe Tomaszewski was honored Sunday as Angler of the Year by Hi-Mar Striper Club at the club’s annual awards dinner which was held in the Channel Club, Monmouth Beach. The award is presented by former President, Tim Behany. Joe added his winning 34-pound cod to other weigh-ins of a 4.25-pound fluke and a 1.93-pound sea bass to take the top club award.
